Women's Basketball "Play4Kay" Game
Give a gift that really matters this Valentine’s Day by supporting the fight against breast cancer. The Tribe Women’s Basketball team is selling Breast Cancer Awareness t-shirts to symbolize support, promote awareness and hope for a cure for breast cancer with your help. The women’s basketball team will celebrate its annual “Play4Kay” game, formerly known as WBCA Pink Zone on February 12, 2012 against Drexel University. As a tradition, the team will wear and sell pink shirts to raise money for the Kay Yow Cancer Foundation.
With your support, we are hoping to raise awareness and funds for cancer research not only on the court, but across the campus, in the department, throughout our communities, and beyond.
T-shirts are $10.00 for students and $15.00 for non-students. You can pay for your T-Shirt when you place your order or at the basketball game. (Make checks payable to: The College of William & Mary)
Sizes come in men’s, women’s and kids.
Orders need to be placed by Monday, February 6, 2012 in the basketball suite or by email at ssearp@wm.edu.
Admission into the game is free if you wear pink. Please invite all of your friends and family, so that we can take on this fight together.

1st Annual Tribe Swim & Dive Alumni Golf FundraiserPlease join us Friday, April 13, 2012 for the 1st Annual Tribe Swim & Dive Alumni Golf Fundraiser to be held at the Williamsburg National Golf Club with a 1pm start. Tribe Swimming needs our help to maintain our legacy and to continue providing a program of the highest quality. With that in mind, this annual event will act not only as a fundraiser for the team, but also provide an opportunity for old teammates to reconnect.
Open to all Tribe Swimming alumni and friends, the event will be played as a traditional “Scramble” format, so golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the outing. The entry fee will be $100 per player (including a cookout and beverages) and $40 for those who would like to come just for food and drinks.
A special rate has been organized with the Hospitality House for Friday, April 13th of $99 per room. Simply mention the Tribe Swim & Dive Alumni Fundraiser when booking.
